Arrival Time

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment as this time is used to prepare for your service. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee the full length of your service; however, you will be responsible for payment in full.

Cancellation Policy

All Spa appointments and bridal parties must be reserved with a credit card. These appointments have been especially reserved for you. If you must cancel, please give us 24 hours notice; Spa Packages and bridal parties require 48 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your services. A no show will result in a 100% charge of your services.

Spa Etiquette

Please respect the tranquility of our spa environment by turning off your cell phone during your visit. To maintain a serene ambiance, and for the privacy and comfort of our guests, no children under the age of 13 will be permitted in our spa.

Salon Etiquette

For your comfort and safety, as well as that of others, we ask that you please refrain from bringing children under 13 to the salon unless they are receiving services.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the price of any service, package, or gift certificate. For those wishing to show appreciation for a job well done or a service enjoyed, gratuity envelopes are available in the spa. The industry averages are from 15-20% of the service.
