Lynden Johnson

Lynden, a graduate of the Therapeutic Massage Training Center, has been with Dieci Lifestyle Spa for seven years. Lynden has a holistic and eclectic approach to massage. He focuses on Swedish massage techniques and Remedial massage application. With 14 years of massage therapy experience, Lynden still believes in furthering his education and is a continuing scholar at the Institute for Therapeutic Massage and Lourdes Institute. Lynden provides all massage therapies, as well as Reflexology, Hydrotherapy Tub Treatment and Cranial Sacral.

Elizabeth Mascharka

Elizabeth is a licensed massage therapist and graduate of the Institute for Therapeutic Massage. She has been with Dieci Lifestyle Spa for a year and a half of her three-year career. Elizabeth is an expert in optimizing personal health and wellness for her clients. She is passionately committed to her profession. She is continually learning new and innovative therapies. Elizabeth is trained and able to perform all massages (excluding lymphatic massage), body scrubs and wraps.

Holly Stevens

Holly is a licensed massage therapist and a graduate of the Institute for Therapeutic Massage. She has been with Dieci Lifestyle Spa for four of the six years she has been a massage therapist. Dedicated to her career, she continues to further her education by taking classes each year to keep up with new services and products being introduced to the industry. Beyond her massage experience, Holly is also available to perform all our body treatments, including scrubs, wraps and our Hydrotherapy Tub.

Paul Midura

Paul studied at the Medical School of Massage Therapy in Krakow Poland from 1996-1999. He then studied at the Helma Institute of Massage Therapy in Saddle Brook New Jersey, graduating in 2002. He has worked in this field for ten years, gaining experience throughout his career by interning in Germany, and working as a massage therapist during the summer months in Italy and France. Paul has worked with semi-professional soccer players, providing sport massages and has also worked in conjunction with chiropractic providers. He is well versed in all areas of massage, including Cranial Sacral. Paul joined the Dieci family in 2005. He is a welcomed asset.

Miriam Cruz

Dieci Lifestyle Spa welcomes Miriam to join our exceptional team of massage therapists. Miriam received her training at Educated Hands School of Massage in Miami, FL, where she received a diploma in Swedish, shiatsu and hydrotherapy treatments. Her education also included studies at the Acupuncture Acupressure Institute, where she received her Acupuncture physician TCM diploma. Her 13 years in the industry has allowed her to acquire a passion for Asian therapies, such as Shiatsu and Thai massage as well as Chinese medicine. She combines her knowledge of different therapies to the benefit of the client. She is available to perform all massage therapies included in the Dieci Lifestyle Spa Brochure.
