Tracy Walsh

Color Department Director

Tracy plays an extremely important role at Dieci Lifestyle Spa as the Color Department director. She has 19 years of experience in the industry, 17 of which has been with the Dieci family. She has worked with several product lines, including Wella, L'Oreal, Matrix and Clairol, among others. She is versatile in her talent and has developed the art of creating hair color depending on your lifestyle, complexion and haircut. An expert in her profession, she specializes in major color corrections and any drastic color change. Tracy not only serves her clients, but is also an educator at Dieci Lifestyle Spa. She shares her extensive knowledge of hair color during stage performances with Clairol, Wella and other groups in the hair-coloring field.

Monique Marques - Level III

Monique has been with the Dieci Lifestyle Spa since 2001. She excels at her craft when it comes to dimensional color, as well as, highlighting and low lighting of the hair. Monique believes in keeping herself educated on the latest in coloring, and continues to attend workshops at the Wella Studio in N.Y.C. Full of creative ideas for your hair, Monique will always provide you with beautiful color.

Stephanie Marfia - Level III

Stephanie has been a colorist for 15 years and has been with Dieci Lifestyle Spa for 11 of those years. She has received an extensive color education at Dieci Lifestyle Spa, as well as industry color workshops. Stephanie does not limit herself in her creativity. She is diverse in all aspects of color.

Kimberly Theis - Level III

Kimberly joined Dieci Lifestyle Spa in 2001. Over her 11 years in the beauty industry, Kim has developed an extensive education in dimensional hair coloring: foil highlighting and low lighting, corrective color and single processes. Perceptive to the clients' features and haircut, Kimberly incorporates color to enhance their overall appearance. Kim has a wide range of knowledge with several color lines like Wella and Goldwell.

Donna Capetta - Level III

Donna has been in the industry for eight years, all of which have been at Dieci. She has had extensive training in and out of the salon, studying at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in LA and the Wella Studio in N.Y.C. Donna has attended many other classes in color correction, blonding, dimensional color and trends in color. She is well versed in all aspects of hair coloring, including one process to multi process color, highlighting and color correction. She enjoys making her clients feel special and providing beautiful hair color that looks natural.

Sue Scelba - Level III

Sue joined the Dieci family in 2004. She has been in the industry for ten years and she has attended many classes in hair coloring and cutting. She attended Vidal Sassoon in California, Wella Studio in N.Y.C., and cutting classes with Christofer & Sonia Dove. Sue is very versatile as she enjoys highlighting, creative color techniques, blonde on blonde and hair cutting, styling, as well as updos. She feels most passionate about making each client feel the best about themselves and bringing out their true inner beauty.

Nicole DePinho - Level II

Nicole has been part of the Dieci Lifestyle Spa color team for six years. She enjoys the challenge of recreating a client's look by updating and creating dimension to their current color. She is available to provide highlighting and low lighting, and single processes.

Diana Volpe - Level II

Diana has been a colorist for four years at Dieci Lifestyle Spa. Versatile in her abilities, she specializes in highlighting, creative and dimensional hair coloring, and single processes. Diana continuously strives to achieve the latest trends in hair color for her clients. She is a graduate of Capri Institute of Cosmetology and has attended several Wella Color classes. Diana is available for all hair-coloring services offered.

Tania Antonenko

Tania has been in the beauty industry for 4 years, all which have been at Dieci. A creative colorist she approaches her line of work as art. She specializes in both highlighting and corrective color. Having been a personal assistant to Color Director Tracy Walsh for 2 years, she has received an extensive hands-on education. She continues her education by taking classes at the Wella Studio including Colors of the World (Intro & Advanced) and has received her Masters in Color certificate. Tania is available for single process coloring, Highlighting, Color correction, and toners.

Crystal Ruiz

Crystal has been with Dieci for 6 of her 8 years in the beauty industry. A passionate colorist she makes it a priority to keep up with new trends and techniques. She immerses herself in educational classes from Wella including: Principles of Hair Color, Seasonal Trends by Wella, and Wella Colors of the World (Intro & Advanced), among others. She loves to give clients a new look or improve upon their current look. Crystal specializes in Highlighting & Lowlighting, Dimensional color, red techniques, Boliage techniques, corrective color, and covering unruly gray hair.
