Leonard Golonka

Lenny is a well-versed experienced stylist that has been in the industry since 1995 and at Dieci Lifestyle Spa since 1996. He has extensive education in all aspects of hair including hair cutting, styling and hair coloring. He has also worked as a platform artist for several years. He is an inspiration to the junior stylists as he is their educator and mentor. He is passionate about bringing creativity and artistry to his clientele and creating individual looks with personalized hair color to co-exist with the trends.

Lisa Corasaniti

Lisa C. is one of Dieci Lifestyle Spa’s most experienced stylists. She has been in the industry since 1984 and began with Dieci in 1991. Lisa has also experienced working outside of Milan, Italy. She is a master stylist who specializes in cutting. As well as performing top of the line cuts, Lisa C. also performs perms and gentle relaxers. She enjoys performing quality work to bring out the best in each client in a classic way with her own flair.

Silvia Rutigliano

Silvia brings to Dieci Lifestyle Spa a lifetime of dedication and experience in the beauty industry. She began her career in 1967 and has been at Dieci since 1999. She thrives on the constant stimulation due to constant industry changes in trends. No stranger to the styling floor, Silvia is trained in all aspects of men and women cuts, color, blowouts and perming.

Gina Cifelli

Gina is a very skilled stylist who has been at Dieci since 1998, the entire length of her career in the industry. She is continually taking advanced classes to stay on the cutting edge of the trends that are constantly changing, which she feels keep the industry fresh. She provides fabulous haircuts, blowouts, perming and hair relaxing. Gina’s specialty is creating beautiful up-dos and artistic bridal styles. She loves that the stylist and the client can mutually experience instant gratification when their session is complete!

Nikki Miller

Nikki has been in the industry since 1995 and with Dieci Lifestyle Spa since 1998. Nikki takes pride in the work she performs on each and every one of her clients. Nikki is skilled in all aspects of hairdressing from styling, to cuts for men and women, coloring: basic and paneling (funky color) and updos for all occasions including bridal parties. She sets a standard of excellence; and is an example and inspiration for her peers and younger stylists.

Grace Thomas-Ross

Grace is an extremely multi-faceted stylist who began her career in the beauty industry in 1991 and joined Dieci Lifestyle Spa in 1998. She owns her skills and takes pride in making her clients feel good about themselves. Grace spotlights her clients beauty from the inside out and encourages her clients to be a part of their beauty transformation process. Grace specializes in ethnic hair, natural hair care, chemical relaxing, hair re-texturizing as well as the BioIonic Japanese Hair straightening system. Additional services provided by Grace are men and women haircuts and blowouts. When Grace isn’t attending to her clients, she is an educator to our staff, as well as other stylists nationwide, on the BioIonic straightening technique.

Celia Soares

Celia has been with Dieci Lifestyle Spa for her entire career since 1999. An expert at cutting, Celia loves to update her clients’ look. She understands the time constraints her clients face and is able to provide a beautiful style with limited time. Celia is trained in several facets of hairdressing including men and women cuts, single process color, BioIonic hair straightening, anti-curl relaxers and perms.

Akilah Oglesby

Akilah has been an important member of Dieci Lifestyle Spa since 2001. She began her career in the salon industry in 1998 and consistently provides her clients with beautiful styles while maintaining the health and integrity of their hair. Akilah enjoys the challenge presented by very curly and coarse hair. She specializes in curling iron work and creates a sexy, wavy look. Akilah is available to provide women haircuts, hairstyling, blowouts and relaxing services.

Ashley Fernandez

One of Dieci Lifestyle Spa’s talented artists, Ashley began her career and at Dieci in 2002. Her intuitive creativity allows her to bring out the individual in every client with her unique and versatile cuts. A passionate commitment to her career motivates her to take at least five educational classes each year to keep up with the latest industry trends. Ashley is also an educator for Sebastian Professional Products and also an independent contractor. Services that can be booked with her are blowouts, men and women haircuts, and cellophanes. Her expertise are advanced detailed haircuts that require a lot of blade cutting, particularly on dry hair.

Shawn Melvin

Shawn has been with Dieci Lifestyle Spa since 2001 and began his career in the salon industry in 1992. Throughout his career, he has taken numerous advanced classes to enhance his skills. He is passionate about exposing each client to the visual beauty that is within them. He has worked alongside top industry professionals, including Frederick Fekkai. Shawn believes that he can bring his clients to the next level of cutting edge trends by providing them with the latest hair styles, hair cuts and color. His bridal work has been featured in Wedding Sites and Services magazine.

Liza

Liza's enthusiasm for the ever-changing beauty industry keeps her clients up-to-date on the latest trends. Liza joined the Dieci Lifestyle Spa family in 2002, just one year after she began her career in the industry. Liza knows that communication is key and always listens to what look her clients are after and offers her professional opinion to make sure there is an understanding of the styling outcome. Liza's considers her specialty to be cutting womens short hair. She enjoys short haircuts because there are so many styles that create a statement. Liza also loves the dimension color adds to hairstyles. Whether it is changing shades to create a natural look or a seasonal funky look, Liza enjoys all aspects of color. Additionally, Liza is available for men and women haircuts, blowouts,single-process color, highlighting, creative color and up-dos.

Sandi Milone

A passionate stylist, Sandi has been with Dieci Lifestyle Spa since 2000. Her love for the beauty industry began in her basement watching every move her mother made working with hair. She began assisting in a couple of salons in 2000, looking for one that was right for her. That same year she began working at Dieci Lifestyle Spa. In June 2001 she graduated from Union High School as an Advisory Committee Member and with her Cosmetology License. Sandi received her stylist chair at Dieci in 2002 and began to master her craft and continue her education.

Sandi is also an educator at The Studio, NYC (Wella) and at in-Salon seminars. She has done platform work at The Studio, NYC and with the Artistic Team at Dieci Lifestyle Spa. She loves print work and has been published in a professional look book. She has also done runway work.

Sandi is available for the men's and women's haircuts (short, long, classic, creative), blowouts for curly, wavy, and straight hair, chemical retexturizing, special event styling and updos, bridal work, iron detailing, and braiding Color services include: classic/creative work, lightening, correction, foil work and placement.

Victoria

Victoria comes to Dieci with six years of training under Master Stylist Nick Arrojo of Arrojo Studios in New York City. Her career in hair began when she completed her training at the Aveda Institute of Cosmetology in 2003. During her time at the Arrojo Studio she became an in-house educator and also traveled to a number of cities as an educator and trainer for Wella Salons. Victoria currently styles Dina Manzo’s hair for HGTV’s “Dina’s Party.” She has styled hair for the Wendy Williams Show, Nate Berkus Show, morning shows on both ABC and NBC; and TLC’s “What Not to Wear” during the time Nick Arrojo was part of the cast. Her editorial work includes the cover of New Jersey Bride fall 2011 & Park Place Holiday 2011. Victoria’s career also includes working with Chrystoph Marten creating hair styles during Fashion Week for the following fashion shows in 2005: Cloak, Naum, Victoria Secret, and various other shows. They also collaborated in the creation of wigs for all the Victoria Secret Flagship stores from 2006-2008, as well as Henri Bendel’s Christmas windows in 2006 and 2007. She continues to participate in Fashion Week every season. Victoria excels in all aspects of hair care including wash-and-wear styles, razor cutting, dry hair cuts, updos, bridal work, men haircuts, wigs and styling for curly hair. She looks to provide all her clients with a wonderful experience, having them leave her chair looking and feeling great.
