Leonard Golonka

Lenny is a well-versed experienced stylist with 13 years in the industry, 11 of which have been at Dieci. He has extensive education in all aspects of hair, including hair cutting, styling, hair coloring and he has worked as a platform artist for three years. He is an inspiration to the junior stylists as he is their educator and mentor. Lenny has studied at Vidal Sassoon in LA and completed the Masters in Color with Wella Corporation. He is passionate about bringing creativity and artistry to his clientele and creating individual looks with personalized hair color to co-exist with the trends.

Nikki Miller

Nicole Miller has been with Dieci Lifestyle Spa for eight of her 12 years in the beauty industry. Nikki takes pride in the work she performs on each and every one of her clients. Nikki is skilled in all aspects of hairdressing from styling, to cuts for men and women, coloring: basic and paneling (funky color), updos for all occasions, and she creates breathtaking looks for brides. She is an inspiration for the younger stylists and sets a standard of excellence and an example for her peers to follow.

Lisa Corasaniti

Lisa C. is one of Dieci Lifestyle Spa’s most experienced stylists. She has been in the industry for over 22 years, the last 12 of which have been with Dieci. Lisa has experienced working in Italy for a time outside of Milan as well. She is a master stylist who specializes in cutting. As well as performing top of the line cuts, Lisa C. also does perming and gentle relaxers. She enjoys bringing out the best in each client in a classic way with her own flair.

Jeri Mermini

Jeri has been with Dieci Lifestyle Spa for 10 of her 12 years in the beauty industry. Jeri’s clients come to her for her innate ability to create beautiful cuts, color and styles. A well-rounded stylist, Jeri provides a variety of services including women and men’s haircuts, updos, bridal work, rusk relaxers and single process and highlight color work. Jeri has worked alongside some of New York City’s top stylists. Jeri has been chosen to participate in high profile events, such as Michael Kors’ fashion show, fashion week and she has worked with independent designers from the Fashion Institute of Technology. She has worked on celebrities such as Molly Simms and has been featured in Bridal Magazines.

Silvia Rutigliano

Silvia brings to Dieci Lifestyle Spa 37 years of experience in the beauty industry, eight of those years being spent with Dieci Lifestyle Spa. She thrives on the constant stimulation due to constant industry changes in trends. No stranger to the styling floor, Silvia is trained in all aspects of cutting men and women, color, blowouts and perming.

Lisa Ann Cleffi

Lisa Ann has been with Dieci Lifestyle Spa for her entire 15-year career. When it comes to fine hair and razor cutting, Lisa Ann is a true professional. Her additional services include perms, men’s haircuts and blowouts. She also does beautiful bridal hairstyles and creative updos for special events.

Grace Thomas-Ross

Grace is an extremely versatile stylist who has been with Dieci Lifestyle Spa for nine of her 16 years in the beauty industry. Grace specializes in ethnic hair as well as the BioIonic Japanese Hair straightening system in addition to chemical relaxing and hair re-texturizing; additional services provided by Grace are men and women’s haircuts and blowouts. When Grace isn’t attending to her clients, she is an educator to our staff, as well as other stylists nationally, on the BioIonic straightening technique.

Gina Cifelli

Gina is a very versatile stylist who has been at Dieci for the 13 years that she has been in the industry. She is continually taking advanced classes to stay on the cutting edge of the trends that are constantly changing, which she feels keep the industry fresh. She provides fabulous haircuts, blowouts, perming and hair relaxing as well. Gina’s specialty is creating beautiful updos and artistic bridal styles. She loves the fact that the stylist and the client can mutually experience instant gratification when their session is completed!

Celia Soares

Celia has been with Dieci Lifestyle Spa for her entire seven-year career. An expert at cutting, Celia loves to update her clients’ look. She understands the time constraints her clients face and is able to provide a beautiful style with limited time. Celia is trained in several facets of hairdressing including men’s and women’s cuts, single process color, BioIonic hair straightening, anti-curl relaxers and perms.

Sandi Milone

A passionate stylist, Sandi has been with Dieci Lifestyle Spa since 2000. Her love for the beauty industry began in her basement watching every move her mother made working with hair. She began assisting in a couple salons in 2000, looking for one that was right for her. Within that same year she began working at Dieci Lifestyle Spa. In June 2001 she graduated Union High School as an Advisory Committee Member and with her Cosmetology License. Sandi achieved her chair at Dieci in 2002 and began to master her craft and continue her education.

Sandi is also an educator at The Studio, NYC (Wella) and at In-Salon seminars. She has done platform work at The Studio, NYC and with the Artistic Team at Dieci Lifestyle Spa. She loves print work and has been published in a professional look book. She has also done runway work.

Sandi is available for the following services: Color: product knowledge, classic/creative work, formulations, lightening, correction, foil work & placement. Hair Cutting (men/women): short/long, classic/creative, structured/textured. Finish: Blowouts, curly/wavy/straight. Chemical Retexturizing, Long hairdressing, Special events styling and Updos, Bridal Work, Iron detailing, and braiding.
