Marie
Marie Gaglioti has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years. She began her career working in a very exclusive hair salon as a makeup artist. This salon was where she met her future husband who, in fact, was one of the owners. They have been working together every day since their first meeting and, as a team, they built and designed their current business, Dieci Lifestyle Spa.
Marie also attended and graduated from Montclair State University during the beginning of her career in the beauty industry. She was a fine art major whose concentration was in graphic design and she also minored in linguistics.
Marie helped in the overall design and decorating of Dieci, which was created in the image of a European haven. Dieci is a 13,000 square foot day spa, which offers the finest quality treatments for its very distinguished clientele.
In addition to being the overall creative director of Dieci, Marie also handles all of Dieci’s advertising, marketing and collateral materials. Marie is also responsible for the layout of Dieci’s website and brochure.
As a makeup artist, she also is a certified Camouflage advisor and educator. In December 2003, Marie launched her own Skin Care and Color Cosmetic line called Dieci Colori.
*Dieci Colori is an elegantly designed line featuring an array of wearable, hypoallergenic formulas and classic shades. Her skin care line was developed with the most innovative and luxurious ingredients, which allows for an uncomplicated cleansing, toning and moisturizing routine.
In 2006 Marie developed a luxurious body care line called “Essence of Italy” fruit and flower collection. She felt that creating products and services that embrace the rich Italian Heritage and celebrate the many Italian natural resources would further enhance the “Dieci Experience.”
Paul
Paul Gaglioti is an award-winning hairstylist who previously owned one of New Jersey’s largest salons. His 30 years of experience and commitment to the industry have helped take his business to the next plateau.
Paul always dreamed of having a facility in a retreat like setting that women as well as men would appreciate. He spent several years researching and planning the development of Dieci and then saw his dream realized. It is extremely important to Paul that his staff constantly sharpen their skills as professionals as he offers financial and inspirational support to all who work at Dieci. Paul now oversees 100 highly qualified and talented technicians and manages a state-of-the-art facility that is already ahead of trends set for the next century.
