Dieci Lifestyle Spa & Salon has been a pillar in the Livingston community for 3 decades opening their doors in 1995. Dieci has won awards for being the Best Salon and Spa over the years recognized by the Best of Essex voters. Dieci’s mission is to help their clients achieve their beauty goals with their appearance through their innovative treatments and highest quality services, in a luxurious setting.
Their philosophy for success begins by investing in their staff as soon as they start at Dieci. In-salon education is offered to new talent empowering them to reach their full potential. In addition, the assistants will work side by side with creative seasoned stylists and colorists daily. This form of Mentorship is an amazing way to learn through observation, hands on participation and practical experience with clients. Dieci also has long term relationships with professional hair product manufacturers and professional educators who offer advanced education to the Dieci Team several times throughout the year.

ENTRY LEVEL ASSISTANTS
Paul and Marie Gaglioti, owners of Dieci Lifestyle Spa, understand the value of constantly learning and
that the assistants are the rising stars of the future at Dieci. All new talent starts off as entry level
learning and polishing the basics. They provide continuous education in-house and off site. There is
much opportunity for growth moving up through different levels achieving higher status. ‘Cosmetology
school gives you the foundation of being in the industry, Dieci takes it much further!” says Paul Gaglioti
EDUCATION PROGRAM
Once you are full time you will begin the apprentice program. This educational platform is designed to
help mold you into your best version of being a Stylist/Colorist possible. You will learn everything from
basics, customer service protocol, the art of consultation, theory, and hands on graded techniques.
Here you will polish your skills in all that embodies being a top stylist. You will master your craft and find
out what your personal specialty is. Once you have passed all your chapters in this detailed program you
are ready for your chair. *Note there are also opportunities to go out of state to a Sassoon Academy for Advanced Technique Training funded by Dieci for those showing promise and exhibit a passionate interest.
WELL KNOWN LOCAL AND GLOBAL EDUCATORS
Dieci is an ARROJO Ambassador Salon. Arrojo studio is an award-winning hairdressing brand dedicated to
world class service. We offer training with the Arrojo team and classes in NYC when available. Dieci is
also a WELLA Professional Brand Salon. They had the honor of receiving the WELLA Family Recognition
Award (in Germany their headquarters) for their many years of commitment to the brand. They work
very closely with Wella and host classes from their top educators often throughout the year.
OFF-SITE EDUCATION
From time to time, Dieci will offer new talent apprentices the opportunity to take classes outside of the
salon. Whether it be locally or NYC, there is always the prospect of being rewarded with a class outside
of the in-house salon training. Dieci values education and thus will pay for these classes once approved.
