DIECI SPA REWARDS

All clients are automatically enrolled in our rewards program

HOW IT WORKS
  • 1,000 points = $1

  • Points are awarded upon checking out

  • "Refer a Friend" 

  • Points can be redeemed at any time.

  • There is no limit to the amout of points that can be accrued per transaction.

  • All points accrued during a calendar year must be redeemed by December 31st of the following year or they will expire.

 

Please note: Our rewards program is subject to change periodically.

EARNING POINTS
  • Spend over $50 in our retail store = 2000 points.

  • Refer a new client = 5000 points

  • Pre-book your next appointment = 1000 points (existing clients) 3000 points (a new client) **

  • Every $1 you spend on services = 5 points

** If appointment is cancelled or rescheduled, points will not be awarded.

Policies
 
ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment as this time is used to prepare for your service. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee the full length of your service; however, you will be responsible for payment in full.

 
NEW- CANCELLATION POLICY

All spa appointments and hair color/chemical services must be reserved with a credit card. These appointments have been especially reserved for you. If you must cancel, please give us 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your services. A no show will result in a 100% charge of your services.

 
SPA ETIQUETTE

Please respect the tranquility of our spa environment by turning off your cell phone during your visit. To maintain a serene ambiance, and for the privacy and comfort of our guests, no small children will be permitted in our spa. Must be at least 18 years of age to receive a massage.

 

SALON ETIQUETTE

For your comfort and safety, as well as that of others, we ask that you please refrain from bringing children unless they are receiving services.

GRATUITIES

Gratuities are not included in the price of any service, package, or gift certificate. For those wishing to show appreciation for a job well done or a service enjoyed, gratuity envelopes are available in the spa. The industry averages are from 15-20% of the service.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with you Dieci Salon & Spa purchases, simply return the unused product within 30 days of your purchase and we will be happy to refund your account for the full amount of your purchase. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for other Dieci products.

Please note: there are no refunds or exchanges on sale items. We’re sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable.
