Eye Definer

Our eye definer is a deep, velvety eye liner which creates a rich, matte finish. This eyeliner will not feather or run, and will stay in place until it is removed.

Wet eye definer brush. Dip into Eye Definer I, II, or III and swirl to create a creamy paste. Keeping your eye open, tilt head back and rest brush on lashes to line the eye. Lift slightly at the end.
