Eye Definer II - Brown

Our eye definer is a deep, velvety eye liner which creates a rich, matte finish. This eyeliner will not feather or run, and will stay in place until it is removed. 

Wet eye definer brush. Dip into Cake Eyeliner and swirl to create a creamy paste. Keeping your eye open, tilt head back and rest brush on lashes to line the eye. Lift slightly at the end.
