Eye Primer

Our opaque, eye shadow primer prepares eyes for smooth, long-lasting powder eye shadow application. This colorless primer allows for the true color of eye shadow to prevail. There is no influence or alternation of the eye shadow color when applied over our eye shadow primer.

Using finger or a synthetic brush, place a dab over the eye lid and brow bone areas. Pat-blend from lash line to brows. Follow by applying eye shadow with a sponge applicator for a long-lasting effect.
